We are pleased to announce Brent Lawrence as our new Director of Parts and Service Operations. Brent will oversee the operations of the Edmonton Parts, Service, Warranty, Mobile Service, Body Shop, PDI, and Marketing departments. He will also be integral in leading the strategic direction of Parts and Service Operations for the company.
Brent is an accomplished and proven leader with vast technical knowledge of our parts and operations procedures. He has a strong commitment to customer service and is devoted to the growth and empowerment of our employees. For the past 7 years, Brent has been on Peterbilt’s Parts Council and has proven to be indispensable as an experienced leader and trusted advisor for many dealerships across North America. Over the past 21 years as a Stahl Peterbilt employee, Brent shows a deep commitment to our company values and the Peterbilt brand. We are privileged that Brent has grown his skill set with us over the past several years, which positions well for his new role within the organization.
