Nilam Ram has been with Stahl Peterbilt for 15 years, during this time she has consistently demonstrated the strengths of her financial background, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills.

Nilam holds a number of credentials including a Chartered Professional Accountant designation and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree. Her drive and dedication to ongoing improvement for both her and the company have resulted in a deep understanding of our industry and every aspect of this organization. She has leveraged this background into improvement initiatives that have made a significant impact on the company's processes and profitability.

As CFO, Nilam will take on a more prominent role in shaping our financial strategy and driving our company's continued success. She will continue to oversee all financial operations and risk management, and will now officially oversee Credit, Human Resources and Information Systems. Her teams will continue to work with the departments and various committees on process improvement initiatives.
